Mr. Approvals is an independent consultancy providing project approval coordination and related support. We are not Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, RTA, DDA, Trakhees, DMCC, JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Airports, Dubai South, DHA, DLD, DIEZ, any master developer, or any other government authority.

Approval requirements, authority fees, timelines, inspections and final decisions are determined by the relevant authority/developer and depend on the project. No website wording should be interpreted as a guarantee of approval or a guaranteed approval time.

Logos and names of third parties are used only to identify the entities with which project approval coordination may be required; all rights remain with their respective owners.
